Feng Cheng is the founding partner at Topcom. She is experienced in advising clients in regions including government affairs and compliance, general corporate, dispute resolution, and mergers and acquisitions.
Feng received her bachelor's and master's degrees in law from East China University of Political Science and Law and Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has represented clients in industries including consumer products, health care, and high technology. She has provided legal services for many MNCs in daily operation activities, participated and assisted in handling various compliance investigations in China. She also has experience in representing large corporates in complex dispute matters.

Represented several companies in the healthcare industry in financing matters, conducting legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing, and revising investment documents, and participating in negotiations;
Represented an import & export trading company in handling an application for property freezing filed by the opposite party in a lawsuit and assisting the client in successfully lifting the freezing of its bank deposits by the court;
Represented a company incorporated in Shanghai (as the defendant) in filing a jurisdictional objection to a court in Shandong Province, successfully transferring the jurisdiction to the Pudong New Area District Court in Shanghai;
